I was looking for a driver cum tour guide for my trip to Bishnupur near Kolkata as I was quiet interested in terracotta Temples. After searching the net, I called Mr Sandeep, who was quiet knowledgeable and guided me through. I booked the car from Kolkata Car Rental. Our Driver Supriyo Banerjee was a very calm and cool driver. We were six girls from Bangalore and were keen to visit Bishnupur for a 1 day trip since we were in Kolkata for a week. We approached Kolkata Car Rental for our vehicle requirement.
We hired a Tata Hexa, one of the best decisions, as the car was economical with ample room space and leg space. Since Bishupur is a long distance travel, we were very comfortable. The moment we landed in Kolkata, we were convinced that we need to visit Bishnupur for Teracotta Temples and Balucharee Sarees. He suggested that enroute we visit Kamarpukur, renowned the world over as the birthplace of the great Indian saint Sri Ramakrishna. From there we visited Jairambati, known to be the birthplace of Sarada Devi, wife of Sri Ramakrishna. Worshipped as the “Holy Mother”, it is the Matri Mandir in the centre of Jairambati which draws large number of visitors from around the world. Later we drover to Bishnupur for a 2N 3D Trip. It was great. Would highly recommend Kolkata Car Rental.
Our Trip to Bishnupur We visited Sunderbans through India Beacons and that’s how we got acquainted with Mr Sandeep. He also told us that he is running a Kolkata Car Rental Service. So we decided to book a car for our 2 night trip to Bishnupur. Just like Sunderbans, our Bishnupur Trip was quiet Great. The driver was excellent and the car was brand new.
